Container storage and handling from Teesport and Port of Tyne

Situated close to two major ports, Teesport and Port of Tyne, Allinson Transport is expert in the handling and storing of shipping containers.

The storage area, constructed of robust hard standing concrete is 50,000 square feet and is capable of storing up to 500 T.E.U. (Twenty Foot or Equivalent Unit).

This combined with a Fantuzzi lift and stacker capable of lifting containers weighing up to 45,000kg five high, we are capable of catering for virtually any requirements.

Ramps, on site warehousing, handling equipment and transport provide the ideal resources for unloading imported cargo, storing it and distributing it as and when required. Likewise cargo can be stored and loaded onto containers for export and delivery.

We save money for our customers by bringing the containers off the quay and into our nearby depot for destuffing. We can store containers until needed and offer full product inventory, break-down, cross-docking or order fulfilment for their cargo.

Containers can be re-loaded ready for shipment as required.
